Manor Farm is hub of major cycle race (May 14, 2006) The normally quiet village of Owston was the scene of an exciting and unique event on the 14th May 2006.
The Rutland-Melton CiCLE Classic, a British Cycling Premier event, attracted elite riders from home and abroad to tackle the challenging Leicestershire countryside. Making no less than six passes of the village, the riders also came through Manor Farm Feeds yard.
 Manor Farm Feeds were sponsors of the event which was televised on British Eurosport. |
